| Orlando, FL (Sports Network) - Detroit Pistons guard Chauncey Billups will miss Game 4 of Detroit's Eastern Conference semifinal series with the Orlando Magic on Saturday with a strained right hamstring. Billups was hurt with 8:11 left in the opening quarter of Wednesday's 111-86 loss in Game 3. He tried driving from the right side to the hoop, knocking down Orlando's Jameer Nelson.
