| Toronto, ON (Sports Network) - The Toronto Raptors signed restricted free agent point guard Jarrett Jack to an offer sheet on Monday, giving the Indiana Pacers seven days to match the undisclosed contract. After three productive seasons in Portland, Jack performed well in his first year with the Pacers in 2008-09, averaging career-highs of 13.1 points and 3.4 assists while playing in all 82 games.
